Bluffs Jug 1

$150.00

Living and working on the shores of Lake Ontario, I have become attuned to the specific geology, patterns and colors of this beautiful place I call home. My favorite times to notice erosion patterns and new changes in the bluffs is the first walk on the beach after the ice sheets melt. The raw power of ice and snow means the landscape changes dramatically from fall to spring, exposing new pockets of earth, felling trees that become living sculptures, and creating patterns in the sand like micro deltas, inspiring the colors and textures on this jug.

Drawing from antique french forms, this jug is functional and can be used for oil or simply as a decorative piece.
