Tideworn Jug

Living and working on the shores of Lake Ontario, I have become attuned to the specific geology, patterns and colors of this beautiful place I call home. Inspired by the darker tones that develop as summer shifts to autumn in surrouding landscape, this jug invokes the changing of seasons, the wearing of tides on rocks, woods and fields.

Drawing from antique french forms, this jug is functional and can be used for oil or simply as a decorative piece.
